I don't like yellow breaking the logo in that way. Maybe you shoud try to do it in white (as alextass wrote), or to make "snow" and "boarders" in two different colors, not only the "o". Or you can try another color for the mountains, like gray or blue.
Maybe I'd like to see the ".com" in another position, smaller, or bellow. Play with it.

Honestly, I don't see what these others are saying. Screw them, this is great!

I really like this. Maybe instead of yellow you could use blue though.... just a thought.

Would you mind telling me how you made the scratches and dirt?

I find the yellow for the symbol doesnt work for me, I would have used a sky blue to emphasize the mountain.

IMO the word is psychologically broken in 2 parts snowb and arders. I think that if you will make the symbol in the same color with the letters will unite them and will keep it's symbolism / sense.
